The 20th Annual HCCA Compliance Institute is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 17-20.
EverCheck, who is exhibiting at the event for the first time this year, is offering attendees the opportunity to donate to an environmental cause that speaks to them the most. For every attendee badge scanned during exhibiting hours, EverCheck will donate $1 to one of three environmental charities.
“We are continuously looking for ways to create a high level of engagement with our prospective partners. We’re a company focused on green initiatives, and using our presence as a way to give back made the most sense to us for this event,” EverCheck’s Marketing Manager, Jessica Dunbar, explains.
Participants who elect to have their badges scanned will have the opportunity to choose one of three organizations they prefer their donations be made to. In turn, EverCheck will make a contribution to their charity of choice. The options are as follows:
OPS: Oceanic Preservation Society exposes complex, global environmental issue and promotes advocacy through the use of film, photography, social media, and collaboration.
How You’ve Heard of Them: The Academy-Award winning film, The Cove.
TerraPass helps everyday people, organizations, & institutions reduce their impact on climate change.
How You’ve Heard of Them: Individuals and organizations can purchase carbon offsets such as renewable energy credits and water restoration certificates.
EWG empowers consumers to live healthier lives in a healthier environment. With breakthrough research and education, they drive consumer choice and civic action.
How You’ve Heard of Them: They brought us the dirty dozen - the produce list with the highest pesticide loads, making you a more educated consumer.
Participants will be updated on the final dollar amount each organization received from the campaign.
